The village of Syvota is located in the south of the prefecture of Thesprotia, only 24 km from Igoumenitsa, opposite Corfu and Paxos. The name is known from 433 BC, the famous naval battle of Sivota, which wrote Thucydides. The beaches are endless, sandy, pebbly or rocky, with access by road or by boat, organized or more "quiet."
